The Sims 2 - Working On It

It's been a while since I've updated any Sims 2 content. I'm now on Windows 8.1 and have yet to successfully install the game. Which is why I haven't been able to work on anything to share. So, I'll work on that in the next month or two and keep everyone updated.

I really miss building in the game as well but now have a lot more to keep me busy.

So, as soon as I get the game installed, I'll let you know. Then, it will be a short amount of time before I upload some content for all of you Simmers out there.

I've thought about downloading The Sims 3, but decided against it. I never really liked the way the characters looked. And, I'm not sure I like The Sims 4 either. I'd rather stay with what I got.

I'm happy with how everything works for the most part and I'm sure that I will get this current situation straightened out soon.

Sims 2 Update - Records on the Ceiling?

Hello Simmers, I know it's been a while. Haven't really had time to do much. However, I found these ceilings (floors) that I made a while back for a "record store" (electronics store) I was building. Got the idea from Iona's record store in Pretty In Pink. Hope you like. Click here to download.

Sims 2 Update

Good morning. Here's a small update. I discovered this wonderful company that creates these gorgeous tiles out of cement. You can check the real ones out here.

You can download the floor tiles for the Sims 2 here.

Haven't tested them in game yet. Please let me know if there are any alignment issues.

Sims 2 Update

This is another recolor of an EA mesh. I don't know what expansion pack it's from. I have all of them except Family Fun, Glamour Stuff and Festive Holiday. It's probably Seasons. So, here is a more somber take on the rain gear.

Better Bobbed Hair (click for detail)

In case some of you missed it, here's some more Sims 2 updates. I did these a while back and they've been on The Sims 2 Recolors page but never posted the update. It's just a couple of little things.

Here's some much cooler BV Tourist outfit recolors and a slightly better textured Modern Bob (in Black!) You will need the Mesh from The Sims 2 Online Store (for the hair).
