Fan Response to Bumped CW Shows Smallville and Supernatural

SPN Fan Created .gif
As every Supernatural fan already knows, the CW recently bumped the Winter hiatus return by a week. What's interesting and not at all a surprise is how much of a furor that action has caused across the internet. We Supernatural fans are known to be "rabid" and "extremely loyal". So, I give you the following links to some examples of the very verbal responses (see the comments sections as well as the articles) of Supernatural fan frustration over what we see as the continuously poor treatment of one of the greatest shows on television today.

Supernatural moved to Friday? Nooooooo!!

Ok, I just received an email with the Fall Schedule for the CW. They bumped Supernatural to FRIDAY!  Damn! Friday? Really? Not the best day of the week, yeah, it's following Smallville but Fridays usually spell death for a TV show. I really hope they don't cancel it after season 6. You know that the Kripke crew can give us many more good story arcs, it can run for several more seasons. But damn! Why "Friday" it so soon? Where's the love? WTF?

Does anybody have any other opinions about the move? Am I in a panic for nothing?

Ok, UPDATE... the shows that will be up against Supernatural are, CSI:NY (CBS), Dateline (NBC), Body of Proof (ABC), and The Good Guys (FOX). Doesn't sound like they're up against much. So, I am no longer in panic mode. "Procedural Cop Show"? Riiiight... Oh, and by the way, wasn't Smallville's season finally awesome?

Happy Birthday Eric Kripke!

Mr. Kripke is the creator of the FANTASTIC show Supernatural that airs on the CW every Thursday night at 9pm PST. Thank you for putting all of us fans through Heaven/Hell each week! Other fans know what I'm talking about. If you haven't seen the show yet, I suggest reading the reviews of Supernatural at Pulp Tone to get a taste. And catch up as soon as possible, really, you'll thank me.
